Labels Extreme shipping is generally via Australia post, but can be modified to suit customers individual needs. Contact MUST be made before purchase to arrange any details if Australia Post is not selected.
Labels Extreme accepts no responsibility for lost products, late delivery or any other circumstance after the product has left our premises.
In the event that Labels Extreme has not filled the order to the customers specifications, we will replace the item at no charge and no postage costs to the customer.
This policy does not include incorrectly ordered items by the customer, in particular, incorrectly spelled wording, incorrect punctuation or upper/lower lettering case, incorrect color specifications. This policy also covers customer orders of any kind that is incorrect.
For returns, the customer must make contact with Labels Extreme within 7 days before initiating a return action. Return/refund is completely at the discretion of Labels Extreme and is final
